All About ACS

I’m Andrew Cripps, a hands-on professional with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer experience through clear communication, professionalism, and practical problem-solving.

My career spans construction, hospitality, and facilities management, forming a strong work ethic and a broad, real-world skill set built over more than 40 years.

My career began in the construction industry, where I have accumulated over four decades of experience across both commercial and domestic projects. During this time, I developed extensive hands-on expertise in painting, fencing, welding (certified), house frame construction, landscaping, and working closely with a wide range of associated trades.

​

Alongside my trade background, I built more than 15 years of senior management experience in the hospitality and entertainment sectors, including hotels and cinemas. This combination of technical capability and operational leadership led to the creation of All Cinema Services (ACS) in 2012.

ACS was established to provide comprehensive support for independent cinema operations—covering everything from management and maintenance to contracting and cleaning. Since its inception, ACS has been involved in cinema projects across Australia, including Port Macquarie, Alice Springs, Darwin, and Brisbane.

From around 2015 onward, my focus expanded into the domestic maintenance market while continuing to deliver specialised commercial projects. ACS has managed major refurbishments and face-lifts of high-value residential and professional properties across Darwin, the Gold Coast, and Brisbane, as well as numerous domestic and rural properties. During this period, ACS was also involved in both domestic and large-scale commercial solar installations (up to 500kW) in the Northern Territory and participated in NT Government Smart Grant initiatives.

Extensive work in regional and remote areas of Queensland and the Northern Territory has strengthened my ability to provide practical, efficient solutions—often with limited resources—while maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.

In 2016, I relocated from Darwin to Brisbane with Dendy Cinemas and was instrumental in the opening of the Dendy Coorparoo Cinema. Today, ACS provides maintenance and project support across Brisbane, South-East Queensland, and Darwin.
